Recipe: Black & Blue Fruit Fool

This fruit fusion is bursting with freshly-pressed blueberries and plump, ripe blackcurrants. Just adding lemon and pineapple juice to Belvoir's award-winning, all-natural cordial makes a super-fancy, non-alcoholic cocktail — perfect for a hot summer's day.

- 1 Part Blueberry & Blackcurrant Cordial
- 1 Part Lemon Juice
- 1 Part Pineapple Juice
- Handful of Crushed Frozen Raspberries
- Prep: 5
- Rating: Easy
1 Shake all the ingredients together with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
2 Garnish by sprinkling some crushed frozen raspberries onto the froth on top of the drink formed by the shaking.
