Birtelli’s is an independent, family-owned stone baked pizza place in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. The family and their Michelin starred executive chef are on a mission to bring moments of happiness to every home with a Birtelli’s artisan pizza experience, using good, honest, natural ingredients from award winning British producers.
With the help of Michelin starred executive chef, Paul Foster, Birtelli's journey started out in 2017 to redefine pizzas using award winning British produce, sourced from ethical and sustainable producers and suppliers.
We have a selection of 10 pizzas, equally catering for meat, vegetarian and vegan preferences. From Devonshire’s zesty Ticklemore goats cheese from Sharpham's diary in Totnes, Devon to Mackenzies succulent smoked chicken from its Yorkshire smokehouse the provenance of produce and journey it takes from farm to slice is key to crafting the very best pizzas.
Our ethos for good, honest and natural extends right the way through the farm to slice journey to include our packaging, a blend of reusable, recyclable and biodegradable.
