Our Story

Savour is a British brewing company producing a range of Farmhouse beers that are natural, refreshing and full of flavour. Savour was founded in 2013 by Sandy Kirkpatrick, a farmer's son from Scotland, combining a passion for brewing and agriculture. We create balanced, interesting beers that are unpasteurised, unfiltered and bottle conditioned for maximum flavour.

We have won 14 industry awards for our beer including 9 Great Taste awards which culminated in us being crowned Small Producer of the Year in 2015 by the Guild of Fine Foods. Renowned beer judge, Glynn Payne, commenting on our Sparkling Beer said 'there doesn't seem to be much room for improvement as it's already sublime'.
