We are a new, premium home-made Southeast Asian sauce producer from the family recipes of Maureen Suan Neo. The authentic family recipes have a 100-year history, coming from Maureen's great-great-great grandmother, and they incorporate indigenous ingredients grown in the South-east Asian region.
These heritage recipes were designed to be either hot or mild, with little variance in between but Maureen has developed and adapted them over the past 30 years running five restaurants in the City of London. Sourcing fresh ingredients imported from South-east Asia, she has made the sauces and bottled them without the use of chemicals or preservatives. Sauces that once took Maureen’s ancestors all day to prepare can now be transferred into a saucepan and combined with raw or cooked meats, without diminishing the flavour and authenticity of the sauce. All in the time it takes for the protein to cook.
Maureen has established a reputation in the restaurant and catering world for creating and producing delicious and wholesome food both under the Singapura banner and her current food label. Her food has had numerous positive and complimentary reviews from restaurant critics and from her customers who have queued to eat at one of her establishments in the City.
