Founded by Claire Myles, in Kensington, West London, out of her desire to make unique experiences for unique people to share with their loved ones and friends. She has always been a creative at heart, constantly making and baking during her formative years, and now loves nothing more than finding new and innovative ways to design and make genuinely individual cakes.
Her range of creations are beautiful as well as delicious - Claire enjoys playing with different flavour combinations, new mediums and different textures to make sure that the inside of each cake is as magical an experience as the outside.
All of the preserves and sauces are handmade in the kitchen, using seasonal locally sourced fruit to ensure the cakes have a real zing! A new addition to the cakes is the use of Asian sweet bean paste to make the edible decorations, a very different alternative to the traditional sugar craft.
