Missed Delivery: The service features two delivery attempts, which will be made at the address entered by the Customer while placing the order. After each attempt an attempted delivery note will be left at the recipient’s end. Should the second attempt be unsuccessful, the Courier will try to telephone the recipient by ringing the phone number entered upon their order placement in order to arrange the delivery. Should the Customer be unavailable, merchandise will be sent back to the warehouse. The Customer can contact the Courier following details indicated by delivery note and arrange a new delivery time within the next 48 hours. After this term, we will charge 10 euros for opening your case and 5,30 euro for a new delivery.If delivery cannot be done, Products will be returned to Italian Experiences. After 30 days the Contract between Italian Experiences and the Customer will be closed and the purchase order cancelled. Italian Experiences will refund to Customer the sum of the order minus delivery and storage costs. The end of the Agreement and the refund amount will be communicated by e-mail. The refund will be credited on the same payment method used by Customer.If Customer asks for a new delivery before the expiration of the 30 days, Italian Experiences will proceed by charging the new delivery cost and the previous cost of delivery and storage.
