House of Sverre is a traditional smoke house in London, producing hand crafted, sustainable, cold smoked salmon.

House of Sverre salmon are raised on a small, sustainable family run farm, just off the dramatic coastline of the Faroe Islands. They specialise in producing the highest-grade fish for the Japanese sushi market.

Our salmon arrives overnight from the Faroe Islands in the North Atlantic. Throughout its life, it has never seen any unnatural additives in its water supply or diet and isn't frozen at any point. This is as fresh and as natural as salmon gets. Farmed with integrity and passion, every House of Sverre salmon is hand crafted to order.
