Our Story

A part of Haandi Restaurants Limited, HaandiBites leverages over 25 years of industry experience to create our new range of Indian Spice Mixes. Crafted in Haandi Restaurant's award-winning kitchens, each mix is a meticulous blend of raw spices, making the authentic flavours of India instantly accessible.

Sourcing and preparing the spices ourselves ensures that our products do not contain any artificial preservatives. They are also vegan, gluten and dairy free.

Unlike most mainstream sauces and pastes, our dry spice mixes allow the raw spices to be tempered in oil or butter, true to the spirit of great Indian cooking. This technique extracts and retains the essence, aroma and flavour of each spice, carrying it through to the final dish and providing more authentic results.

Each spice mix is packed in a convenient pouch, with an easy to follow recommended recipe. However, being a dry mix of raw spices allows our products to be extremely versatile and can be used for rubs and marinades as well as curries, the only limit is the your imagination!
