We offer a unique and exciting range of delicious flavours and tastes, unlike any other cuisine.
From a culinary point of view, we believe Iranian food offers something completely different from everything else. It's combined well with balanced spices but is not hot, and brings the simplest ingredients to life. It's complexity in creation is rewarded with explosive flavours - it is our family's secret methods that make it stand out like no other. Nothing leaves our production line without the approval of Mama Alinia, the current Queen of Anzali.
Our philosophy is simple: we produce authentic, traditional Persian recipes which are naturally healthy. We have created a range of ready-made starters, sauces, pastes, desserts, jams and condiments, made purely with local ingredients. All our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with 90% of our products free from dairy and gluten also. No preservatives, additives, colourings or flavourings are used.
We continue our ethical philosophy with the focus on our use of packaging. We have worked tirelessly to introduce 90% biodegradable and 100% recycled packaging for our products. We will continue this focus of sustainable thinking throughout our business, from local suppliers of our ingredients all the way to the packaging of our products.
